I started this dragon model for Dragons Rise: The Forgotten Realm Artstation challenge, but wasn't able to finish it till now! As it is no longer for the challenge I decided to render it using Marcus Whinney's pipeline, by sculpting and Polypainting in ZBrush, and using Photoshop compositing to overlay multiple different light and material maps to bring the piece together.

This piece was a lot of fun to create and I would love to do more like this in the future! The dragon reminds me of something you could come across in Elden Ring, especially because of the creepy, mystical nature of him.
